Frequently Asked Questions

What if I buy art and then decide I’m not happy with it?  Your purchase is guaranteed.  If you are not happy with it for any reason, you may arrange to return it within 14 days after you receive it as long as it is returned undamaged.  I will refund your purchase price.  You will only need to pay for shipping.

What if it gets lost or damaged in shipping?  All artwork will be insured with the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.).  If a piece is lost, generally I will need to file the claim and I will refund your money.  If a piece is damaged, generally they will require you to file the claim and show them the damaged item.  In that case, I will be happy to offer any assistance that I can in recovering your money.

Is shipping/delivery included in the prices listed?  No, shipping or delivery charges will be extra unless you are local and I am able to deliver myself.  I will need to know your zip code in order to give you a quote on shipping or delivery charges.

Is there sales tax added?  If you pick up the artwork from me, or if I ship it to you at an Indiana address, I am required to add 7% Indiana sales tax.  If I ship it to you at an address outside of the state of Indiana, there is no Indiana sales tax due, but you may be required to pay a use tax in your state depending on where you live.

Do you do commission work?  If so, what do you charge?  I am open to doing commission work. The fee will depend on many things – media, size, subject matter, and deadline. Because of the nature of commissioned work, it will be somewhat more expensive than similar pieces that were not commissioned.  Send me an email if you would like to propose a project and I will provide a quote and answer any questions.  Please note that I cannot produce art for you based on copyrighted photographs (photos you or I did not take) or trademarked characters.
